‘เคทีซี’ หรือ บริษัท บัตรกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) และโรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ เปิดเวทีรับฟังการนำเสนอโครงงาน ภายใต้โครงการ ‘เรียนรู้ ต่อยอด ยั่งยืน’ โดยน้องๆ นักเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 ได้ร่วมกันจัดนิทรรศการความรู้พร้อมนำเสนอโครงงานและผลงานต่างๆ ที่ได้เรียนรู้ตลอดระยะเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ จากวิทยากรฟาร์มเห็ดโพธิ์ทอง และผู้บริหารเคทีซี โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่การเรียนรู้ชนิดของเห็ด กระบวนการทำก้อนเห็ด การเพาะเห็ด การดูแลเห็ดในโรงเรือน การแปรรูปเห็ดเป็นวัตถุดิบ ออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ โลโก้ การสร้างแบรนด์และการทำพรีเซนเทชัน รวมถึงการบริหารต้นทุนและการวางแผนการใช้จ่าย ภายในงานน้องๆ ยังได้ช่วยกันโชว์ฝีมือสร้างสรรค์เมนูอาหารว่างจากเห็ดที่เพาะได้ในโรงเรือนต้นแบบ ได้แก่ คานาเป้เห็ด คุ้กกี้เห็ด วาฟเฟิลเห็ด พิซซ่าเห็ด และเห็ดทอด โดยมี อาจารย์สายใจ สังขพันธ์ รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ โรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียร ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในงาน ณ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ ชั้น 2 โรงเรียนเศรษฐเสถียรในพระราชูปถัมภ์ ถนนพระราม 6
KTC jointly with Setsatian School welcome students to present projects after launching ‘Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth’ course.
‘KTC’ or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, and Setsatian School For The Deaf Under The Royal Patronage Of His Royal Highness, viewed a project presentation under the Education for Self Empowerment and Sustainable Growth. Students at grade levels 10 to 12 jointly organized an educational exhibition, and presented projects and products gleaned from knowledge gained throughout the 12 weeks from Pho Thong Mushroom Farm lecturers and KTC executives. This ranged from distinguishing mushroom species, producing cube pressings, cultivating, tending of mushrooms in a school setting, transforming mushrooms into ingredients, product and logo design, brand building and presentation, to managing capital and expenses. Within the event, students displayed their skills by preparing appetizers using mushrooms which were cultivated, including fried mushroom, canapés, cookies, waffles, and pizzas. The event was presided by Teacher Saichai Sungkapun Deputy Director Academic Affair Setsatian School For The Deaf Under The Royal Patronage Of His Royal Highness, at the Main Conference Room on the 2nd floor at Setsatian School For The Deaf Under The Royal Patronage Of His Royal Highness, Rama VI road.
